Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Choose a Return Method
Drop off your parcel at any Evri ParcelShop or Royal Mail location, or arrange for a collection directly from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
